Bor v0.8.0 Release: Enhanced Policy Management for Linux Desktops with Thunderbird, Edge, and Firewalld Support

Bor v0.8.0 introduces three new policy types for Thunderbird, Microsoft Edge for Business, and Firewalld zones, along with a redesigned web UI and enhanced RBAC. The release includes security hardening measures, protobuf-driven policy catalogues, and platform updates to React 19 and gRPC 1.82.1.
