Fly.exe is a Drosophila male CNS connectome simulator that runs 165,122 neurons and 25.5M edges on a single GPU using MuJoCo for physics-based closed-loop neural control. The project demonstrates twelve virtual flies with independent neural states interacting in a shared 3D environment through analytic vision and physical contact mechanics.
