N-able Releases N-central Hotfix 2 to Address Exploited Vulnerability and Persistence Threats
N-able released Hotfix 2 for N-central to address an actively exploited vulnerability (CVE-2026-18577) that allowed attackers to gain administrative access and establish persistence. The update includes additional hardening measures, and customers are advised to apply it immediately to mitigate risks.
N-able has released a fresh round of hotfixes for N‑central as part of its investigation into ongoing exploitation of a recently disclosed security flaw in the Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) product.
