Parental Device Use and Its Impact on Adolescent-Caregiver Attachment Bonds

This study validates the Device Attachment Interference Scale (DAIS) to assess how adolescents perceive parental device use as interfering with caregiver attachment bonds. Findings show higher DAIS scores correlate with increased insecure attachment to both maternal and paternal figures.
