Seoul Viosys Mass Produces Rare-Earth-Free White Light Emitters with WICOP 3 Technology

Seoul Viosys has launched mass production of rare-earth-free white light emitters using WICOP 3 technology, achieving 10µm micro-LEDs with 100lm/W efficacy and 200lm/W target. The innovation eliminates environmental pollutants and enables new applications in AR and AI data communication.
